Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal shared on Friday that he has reached an undisclosed location, referred to as “city number 10,” to resume shooting for his upcoming film “Sam Bahadur.” The film, directed by Meghna Gulzar, is based on the life of India’s first Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw and his career in the Indian Army over four decades and multiple wars.
Vicky took to Instagram to share the news, posting a selfie of himself sitting in a plane, looking out the window, and dressed in a grey sweatshirt paired with a baseball cap and sunglasses. In his caption, he wrote “Touchdown city no.10… Time to meet Sam again!”
The film also stars Sanya Malhotra as Sam Manekshaw’s wife Silloo and Fatima Sana Shaikh as former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Alongside them, the film features an ensemble cast of talented actors, including Neeraj Kabi, Edward Sonnenblick, Richard Bhakti Klein, Saqib Ayub and Krishna Kant Singh Bundela.
